Ball Game Songs

Here is a free download of the piece of music I made for the Nous Vous show as part of 'Rotate' at the Contemporary Art Society in London, which opened recently as is there until April. It consists of two, fifteen minute passages recorded live. In the show it was on tape, in a walkman, with three pairs of headphones, so this is a rip from the tape, and is best listened to on headphones, with eyes closed.

Glaciers interview / live session

Our friend Felix at Golden Owl recorded some songs and interviewed me back in November, he's just put it up on his blog, so you can hear some live versions of songs, including a cover of MIA's paper planes.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year from all at Hairpiece Champion.

A 10-track Glaciers album will be available soon, but in the meantime to free up some head-space and freshen up in 2010, I have put together 11 tracks of odds and ends, bits and bobs, hits and shit. I'm probably not going to do much with them now, and they're better being on the internet and in someone else's ears than sitting languishing on my computer. It's just under half an hour long, varied recording qualities and a range of songwriting quality too...
